Traditional Turkey with Pinenut stuffing and all the goodies.

Stuffed Pork Rib Chop ~ Stuffed with prosciutto, pancetta, arugula, smoked gouda, parmesan, and mozzarella. Pan-seared, roasted and served with a balsamic glaze.

Steak Diavola ~ Beef Tenderloin Filet masked with a sauce of marsala, red wine, garlic, fennel and red chile with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts.

Lacinato Kale, Chevre and Pinenut Fettuccine ~ Fresh fettuccine tossed with Lacinato kale, chevre, dried cranberries, toasted pinenuts, garlic and white wine.

Rainbow Trout ~ Baked with a wild mushroom stuffing then sauced with a sherry cream. Served with brussel sprouts and seasoned rice.
